Your profit grows, or it costs you nothing.
Possible angles
Every walk-through sets its own focus.
People
- Involving the people at the process without disrupting the flow
- Taking in observations from the team that runs the process every day
- Measurements without personal data, only times and sequences
Processes
- Measuring waiting times, walking distances and duplicated work
- Following material flow and handovers between departments
- Converting every task into annual costs
Technology
- Assessing downtime and changeover times
- Spotting double data entry between paper, spreadsheets and systems
- Quantifying automation potential
No obligation.

What stays with you
- Saving found, first year
- 60,000 euros
- What the implementation costs you
- −5,000 euros
- Our fee, 10 percent of the gain
- −5,500 euros
- Stays with you, in the first year
- 49,500 euros
Example figures that show how the calculation works. Whatever you spend on the implementation comes off before our fee is calculated. From the second year on the fee falls away entirely and the saving remains.
- The walk at the agreed appointment, travel included
- free of charge
- No potential is found
- no cost
- You decide to go ahead
- at most 10 percent of your gain
The full basis of calculation is set out in the contract, which you receive before the walk.
The findings are yours. You can carry on alone, and the measurements stay with you.
Common questions
Do we have to put the whole operation under review?
You decide the scope. We walk the whole operation, or you show me one stretch of your value stream, a line, a cell, the handover between two departments. The findings are the same, just more narrowly framed.
How much of our time does this take?
Not much. The first conversation is remote and without obligation. I walk your operation like an apprentice on day one. Your plant manager takes me through the areas once, introduces me to his team leads, and after that I ask my questions. Why is it done this way, why does this sit here, why does the job wait at this point. Your team keeps working and the operation keeps running.
Is this about cutting jobs?
No, that is not what this is about. I look for walking distances, waiting time and duplicated work. If a task is later handled by three people instead of five, the point is not to let two people go, it is to put their time to good use. Time that frees up is the raw material for the next improvement, and the people who run the process every day are the ones who find it. What happens with that time is yours to decide.
What about employee representation?
I measure process steps. The data holds times and sequences, names are not required for that. How you handle employee representation is yours to decide in house, and I follow what you agree. On request I set out beforehand what I record, in the meeting as well.
How much of our figures do you see?
As little as possible. An hourly rate and quantities are enough for the projection. I am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before the walk. I record the times with our app, and the measurements stay on the device.
What if we knew most of it already?
Then the findings confirm your own read, and now you have a figure to go with it. Knowing something and having it costed are two different things, and only the figure shows where it pays to start. My job is not to uncover secrets. My job is to look without preconceptions, to measure, and to name openly what I see.
We had consultants before, nothing came of it.
Then there is probably a report on a shelf at your place. Bring it along. We look at what was measured in it and what was estimated, and we begin with what holds up to a recalculation.
